LTL Freight Shipping
Pallets are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight, the industry standard for shipping large, heavy items like liquidation pallets. Here is how it works.
What is LTL Freight?
LTL freight is a shipping method for loads that do not fill an entire truck. Your pallet shares trailer space with other shipments, keeping costs lower than a full truckload. Pallets are typically shipped on standard 48"x40" pallets and secured for safe transit.
Delivery to Your Door
Standard LTL delivery is to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. Residential delivery and liftgate service are available for an additional fee. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up your pallet in person? Local pickup is available at the warehouse address listed on each auction listing. Here is what to expect:

After winning your auction, you will receive pickup instructions including the warehouse address, available pickup hours, and any identification requirements. Please bring a valid photo ID and your auction confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your shipping payment is confirmed and the carrier picks up your pallet. Actual transit times may vary due to weather, carrier schedules, and other factors. You will receive tracking information once your pallet is in transit.
Important: No Returns
Once a pallet has been delivered or picked up, all sales are final. Liquidation pallets are sold as-is based on the manifest, condition rating, and photos provided in the listing. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Shipping damage exception: If your pallet arrives with visible damage caused during transit, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will file a freight claim with the carrier on your behalf.
