Parcel Shipping
Items under 150 lbs
Best for individual items and small lots. We auto-generate shipping labels from USPS, FedEx, and UPS and select the cheapest rate. Labels are created automatically when a buyer wins or purchases your item.

LTL Freight
Full pallets & heavy items
For full pallets, large equipment, and heavy items. We partner with ltl.delivery to get competitive freight rates from 50+ carriers. Freight is quoted to buyers before purchase, so there are no surprises.

- •Carrier pickup scheduled automatically after sale
- •BOL (Bill of Lading) generated for each shipment
- •Liftgate, residential, and other accessorials supported
- •Seller pickup accessorials (liftgate at pickup, limited access) are deducted from your payout
Local Pickup
Buyer picks up in person
Allow buyers to pick up items directly from your location. No shipping costs for either party. Ideal for oversized items, large lots, or local buyers.

Best Practices
Accurate Dimensions & Weight
Always enter accurate weight and dimensions for your items. Incorrect measurements lead to carrier surcharges that eat into your profit.
Ship Promptly
Ship within 3 business days of the sale. Buyers expect fast fulfillment. Delayed shipping leads to poor reviews and account warnings.
Pack Securely
Use appropriate packaging materials. Items damaged in transit are your responsibility. Pack fragile items with extra padding and mark boxes as fragile.
