Getting Started as a Seller
Everything you need to go from signup to your first sale on pallet.bid.
Step-by-Step Setup
Create an Account
Sign up at pallet.bid with your email. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you.
Apply to Sell
Go to the Sell page and submit your seller application. Tell us about your business, what you sell, and your location. We review applications within 1-2 business days.
Complete Your Profile
Once approved, complete your seller profile with your business name, shipping address, and any accessorial requirements (liftgate, residential pickup, etc.).
Connect Stripe
Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts. This is required before you can publish listings. Stripe handles identity verification and bank account setup.
Create Your First Listing
Go to Seller Dashboard > Create Listing. Add photos, write a description, set your price or starting bid, choose a sale format (auction or Buy It Now), and configure shipping.
Publish and Sell
Review your listing and publish it. It will appear on the marketplace immediately. When it sells, ship the item and your payout is deposited to your Stripe account.
Seller Requirements
- Valid email address (verified)
- U.S.-based business in an eligible state
- Stripe account for receiving payouts
- Ability to ship items within 3 business days of sale
- Clear, accurate photos and descriptions
