How shipping works, how to track your order, and what to do if there's an issue.
Shipping Methods
Parcel Shipping
Individual items and small lots ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. The cheapest carrier is auto-selected. Typical delivery is 3-7 business days depending on distance.
Tracking: Tracking number emailed to you and visible on your Won Auctions page.
LTL Freight
Full pallets and heavy items ship via freight carriers. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Carrier schedules a delivery appointment with you.
Tracking: BOL number and carrier info visible on your Won Auctions page. You can track pickup, transit, and delivery status in real-time.
Local Pickup
Some listings are pickup-only. You'll coordinate with the seller to arrange a pickup time and location after the sale.
Tracking: No tracking — coordinate directly with the seller via the platform.
Delivery Timeline
Won
InstantYou win the auction or complete a Buy It Now purchase.
Label Created
Within minutesShipping label generated automatically (parcel) or freight pickup scheduled.
Shipped
1-3 business daysSeller drops off parcel at carrier or freight is picked up from seller.
In Transit
Varies by distanceYour item is on its way. Track status on your Won Auctions page.
Delivered
3-10 business days totalItem arrives at your address. Inspect upon receipt.
How to Track Your Order
- Go to Dashboard > Won Auctions
- Find your item and click to view details
- View the tracking number, carrier, and current status
- For freight shipments, see the full tracking timeline with pickup, transit, and delivery updates
Something Wrong?
Item Not Received
If your item hasn't arrived after the expected delivery window, check tracking first. If the status shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact support.
Item Arrived Damaged
Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
