Creating Your Account
Sign up with your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Email Verification
You must verify your email before you can bid or buy. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email from noreply@pallet.bid.
Profile Completion
After verifying your email, complete your profile with your name, phone number, and shipping address. This is required before you can place bids.
Payment Methods
Add a credit or debit card to your account. A card on file is required to bid in auctions — winning bids are charged automatically.
Notification Preferences
Control which notifications you receive via email and SMS. Get alerts for outbids, auction wins, shipping updates, and more.
Account Settings
Update your email, phone number, shipping address, and other profile details from your account settings page.

Most account settings can be updated from your profile page. If you need to delete your account or have an issue you can't resolve, contact our support team.
