What is pallet.bid?
pallet.bid is an online auction marketplace for liquidation merchandise. We sell pallets, individual items, mystery boxes, cases, and heavy equipment from verified retailers and sellers — all at significant discounts from retail pricing.
Unlike traditional liquidation platforms that require minimum purchase amounts or in-person pickup, pallet.bid is designed for individual buyers and small resellers. Browse from your phone, bid in real time, and we ship everything directly to your door.
How It Works: 5 Steps
Step 1: Create a Free Account [Sign up](/register) with just your name, email, and password. No credit card required to browse. You can look at every listing, read every manifest, and research prices before you commit to anything.
Step 2: Browse and Research Every listing on pallet.bid includes: - **Detailed manifest** — a complete list of every item with retail prices and conditions - **Real photos** — actual pictures of the merchandise, not stock images - **Condition ratings** — honest assessments from New to Salvage - **Category and type** — filter by what interests you (electronics, home goods, pallets, individual items, etc.)
Use the manifest to research each item's resale value on eBay or Amazon. Know your numbers before you bid.
Step 3: Place Your Bid (or Buy Now) Two ways to purchase:
Auctions: Place bids in real-time. The highest bidder when the timer expires wins. Our popcorn bidding system extends the timer by 2 minutes if a bid comes in during the final moments — no last-second sniping.
Buy It Now: Some listings have a fixed "Buy Now" price for instant purchase. No waiting, no competition. For individual items and mystery boxes, guest checkout is available — you don't even need an account.
Step 4: Secure Payment When you win an auction or click Buy Now: - A 10% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price - Shipping is calculated automatically based on your address - Sales tax is applied where required - Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Everything is shown upfront before you confirm — no surprise fees at checkout.
Step 5: Delivery - **Pallets and equipment** ship via LTL freight with real-time tracking. Carriers include names like Dayton Freight, XPO, and FedEx Freight. - **Individual items and mystery boxes** ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking. - **Local pickup** is available at seller warehouse locations.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your item ships, and you can monitor delivery progress from your dashboard.
